The rear brake disc is made from heat treated 420 stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance properties and high temperature (Heat-cycle) durability, both surfaces are diamond ground to produce a parallel flat surface, with a CNC laser cut slotted design and either a standard or waved edge finish.

Please note: Not all rear discs are available in standard and wave patterns.

Fitting Advice & Warranty information

When installing your new Rezo brake discs – you will need to offset the (front disc) rotor buttons so they are not mirrored left to right and if possible, we recommend fitting new disc bolts which should be tightened to OEM factory torque specifications.

Breaking your new discs in – will take some time; you should especially bear this in mind the first time you ride your bike after fitting. Rezo discs usually take 100 miles to break in and you will notice them getting better the more you use them. Breaking them in should be done with gradual braking at various speeds over time.

EBC Double-H Sintered Superbike pads are the true and undisputed KING of fast motorcycle brake pads. Within one year of their 2004 launch these high performance brake pads became the standard by which all brake pads for street bikes were judged because of their long lasting and powerful brake effect.

Made in the USA, the pads are an exact equivalent of the sintered pad grade supplied in your motorcycle when it was made. The sintered copper alloy provides a longer life and perfect braking. Stainless steel radiator plates are fitted to the pads where required to reduce heat transfer into bikes hydraulics.

With fingertip stopping power in all weathers and an amazingly long life of up to 50,000km, EBC HH pads are a great choice for any motorcyclist looking for a replacement or performance upgrade.

Before fitting new pads – make sure the brake calliper pistons and any slider pins are free and working correctly, if they are stiff or seized they will need to be cleaned or replaced before you continue.

A calliper that is seized or not working correctly can result in the pads not retracting from the disc, causing an excess of heat to build which cannot be dispersed in the necessary time, leading to disc warping.
